Aubrey Ludlow
About me
My name is Aubrey and I am passionate about life and all things creative. I am resilient, driven, joyful, independent, an extrovert, and a verbal processor. I love black coffee and giggling so hard I cry. I believe in Love and am in constant pursuit of discovering the wonder within.
I would love to say that I am a flawless professional who will write about all of my success stories and miraculous accomplishments (as one should do in a biography), but that would be taking credit for something that did not fully come from me. I am in fact a willing vessel who loves to collaborate with the Artist. If you are that curious to know what I have done and where I have done it, then you must be trying to hire me, and in that case, I am actually Isadora Duncan reincarnated and you should hire me. For those who are truly interested, continue scrolling and you will find my curriculum vitae, biography, teaching philosophy.

What I hope for in this blog is to have a place that keeps me consistent and curious. It is too easy for me to not follow through with the daily inspiration, therefore in hopes of finding a clearer vocabulary for what my soul is speaking, I hope to release the constant flow of ideas, pictures, words, and movement. While this is for me and I feel fully content and confident in being my own cheerleader, I hope to create guides and prompts for people intrigued by the world of movement. I will share tips and tricks on how to remove the static and noise in improvisation as I learn them myself. It would be a lovely bonus to have folks ask questions, collaborate, affirm, and/or come alongside the curiosity.

I am setting sail for uncharted waters, are you coming with me?
